Search the FAQ for entries containing:

  • It is advisable to try shoes on and walk for 5 – 10 minutes to test the comfort and fit of the shoes before you buy them.
  • Shoes should fit when you purchase them and should not need to stretch.
  • New shoes should be gradually worn in over several days.
  • It is best to buy shoes in the afternoon as feet tend to swell during the day.
  • Expensive shoes aren’t necessarily well fitting shoes. Don’t waste your money on expensive brand names if the footwear does not fit your foot.
