Search the FAQ for entries containing:
- Do not soak your feet for too long
- Do not powder between the toes
- Use cream regularly – (this can be prescribed by your GP)
- Do not prick blisters
- Do not sit in front of the heater/fire
- Do not cut corns/callus yourself – see a Podiatrist
- Do not use ‘corn pads’ on your feet – this can lead to ulcers and skin problems
- Trim your nails straight across
- File and ‘round off’ the corners of your nails
- Make sure your shoes and socks are clean
- Check your feet every day
